Sales Representative | Hospital and Aged Care Equipment | OTE $150,000+

We are looking for a driven, hungry and tenacious sales representative specialist in hospital and aged care sector to join our small team. You will receive a basic base and a generous commission structure to encourage you to hunt and close.

ROLE

  • Actively seek and close clients.
  • Reaching out to customer leads, warm or cold.
  • Develop client procurement strategies.
  • Seek new opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of B2B outside sales.
  • 2+ years hospital and/or aged care sales.
  • Highly motivated, hungry and target driven with a proven track record.
  • Proven sales success in growing the sales for your area or category.
  • A passion for sales, relationship building and a genuine interest in making a difference to patient outcomes.
  • Resilience, effective problem solving skills, great communication skills, professional presentation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Experience using a CRM system (preferred).
  • A clinical background potentially as a nurse or occupational therapist will be highly regarded (preferred).

Pick Pack & Ship Warehouse Manager

We are looking for someone to grow with our company. We require a warehouse person with strong interpersonal skills to do the following.

ROLE

  • Stock control & inventory management .
  • Pick, Pack & Ship and other dispatch duties.
  • Completing documentation
  • General warehouse duties & maintaining safe working environment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ year of warehouse experience
  • Minimum 2 years recent work reference
  • Forklift licence
  • Fit for warehouse type duties (20kg heavy lifting may be required)
  • Basic computer skills and literacy (word, excel, etc)
  • Highly reliable, punctual and good detail to all aspects of work
