We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our company that is expanding rapidly in the booming Health and Aged Care Industry.

The Role

You will be required to achieve defined revenue targets by driving sales across a diverse range of both public and private sector aged care facilities, institutional homes, hospitals and individuals. The portfolio includes but is not limited to; mobility aids, bedding, frames, pressure care and various products to that assist the life style for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

The Person

  • Ideally you will have experience in the Aged Care and Rehabilitation Equipment either selling or using with patients
  • Proven Sales professionals from other industries will also be considered if you are well driven presented, and have the ability to build genuine rapport with clients. Importantly you must also have empathy and genuine patience
  • Highly tuned communication skills and the ability to deal with administrators, directors of nursing, OT’s and maintenance workers.

The Offer

An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant including the option of a fully maintained company vehicle and mobile phone. There is also a realistic bonus and commission structure.

You will proactively generate new business opportunities based on marketing lead generation activities. You will drives lead conversion and provides qualitative feedback on lead campaigns and assigned special projects. The SDR will align qualified opportunities with partners and internal sales people to assist with their closure.


  • Meet and/or exceed daily and monthly performance targets for number of outbound calls, qualified leads passed and pipeline contribution.
  • Speaks to prospects across ANZ to qualify, develop, and mature marketing supplied leads resulting in high quality sales opportunities.
  • Ability to articulate value and uncover needs at each level of an organization.
  • Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing the web, Linkedin and other research tools available.
  • Compile detailed summaries of qualified leads for to understand a prospect’s business pain and infrastructure.
  • Update prospect database with conversations, competitive information, company size, decision making criteria and other pertinent information.
  • Develop relationships and rapport with DJMed sales teams & key Partner Sales representatives to ensure solid working relationships and quality two-way feedback and action on sales opportunities.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of information security with a view to being able to hold discovery conversations and pitch appropriate solutions.
  • Works closely with local field marketing to support demand generation activities; for example will occasionally attend items like events to proactively generate new contacts and prospects to sell too.


  • 1-4 years of experience in a Sales Development Role.
  • Experienced in a high-volume outbound, telephone based lead generation/sales.
  • Exposure/background in medical and or aged care.
  • Process oriented in lead management.
  • Working with CRM.
  • Ability to create a sense of urgency with prospects.
  • Ability to identify needs/pain.
  • Ability to present value based messaging.
  • Solid Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiar with CRM system for managing leads.
  • Meeting deadlines and lead quality commitment to the sales team.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma (medical, health or marketing highly regarded)

We are looking for someone to grow with our company. We require a warehouse person with strong interpersonal skills to do the following.


  • Stock control & inventory management .
  • Pick, Pack & Ship and other dispatch duties.
  • Completing documentation
  • General warehouse duties & maintaining safe working environment


  • 1+ year of warehouse experience
  • Minimum 2 years recent work reference
  • Forklift licence
  • Fit for warehouse type duties (20kg heavy lifting may be required)
  • Basic computer skills and literacy (word, excel, etc)
  • Highly reliable, punctual and good detail to all aspects of work
